Frequently Asked Questions
Upon opening your personal accounts with us, you’re automatically enrolled in our Online Banking. Once you’re on our website www.TheNashuaBank.com click on “Personal Login”, then select “First Time Log In” and you’re ready to begin.
- Type in your account number for the Access ID, and the last four digits of your Social Security number for the password, then click “Login.”
- If the information you entered was correct, you will be prompted to create a new Access ID and change your password.
- From there you will be asked to enter some identification information, such as: email address, three security questions, and an “authentication phrase.” This “authentication phrase” appears only while you're entering your password. This process confirms that you're at a secure website.
These three steps will validate your identity and provide access to our Online Banking. When the Online Banking introduction page appears on your screen, click on the desired account to view your information.
If you forget your Online Banking password, please contact us at (603) 882-2700 during business hours. We will issue you a temporary password. If you attempt to log on 3 times with an incorrect password, you will be “locked out” of the Online Banking system. In this event, please contact us to have your access restored.
In addition to traditional firewall security and customer-level passwords, Online Banking supports 128-bit encryption. During this encryption process, your financial information is scrambled as it is transmitted to prevent unauthorized individuals from reading it. The information is then unscrambled or "decrypted" as it is received. This protects your information as it is processed to and from The Nashua Bank.
In addition to these security measures, you must also take an active role in protecting your privacy and account information online. Please visit the following links for information you can use to enhance your security:
