An important message for our Online Banking and Billpay customers
Due to the transition of accounts to Lake Sunapee Bank the weekend of January 11, 2013, please note the following downtime for business and consumer online banking and billpay services.
Business Online Banking customers: Access to The Nashua Bank’s Business Online Banking will be turned off at 3:00 pm on Friday, January 11, 2013. Final ACH transmissions for Business customers will be on January 9, 2013 - no further ACH batches will be processed by The Nashua Bank after January 9, 2013. Customers will have no further access to their accounts until Monday January 14, 2013, when their new Business Online Banking service will begin.
Consumer Online Banking customers: Access to The Nashua Bank’s Consumer Online Banking will be turned off at 7:00 pm on Friday, January 11, 2013. Consumer Online Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode at 7pm allowing customers to view their balances only. Your new Online Banking service will begin Monday, January 14, 2013.
BillPay customers: Bill Pay access will be turned off as of 1:45 pm on Friday, January 11, 2013. All of your bill payments scheduled to be made on January 11 – 13 will be made the night of January 11, 2013 as part of the normal process. Your new Bill Pay service will begin Monday, January 14, 2013.
You will be receiving more information through the mail regarding your Online Banking and Bill Pay service in the beginning of January.
